Your projects, calculations, and PDF reports remain in your account until the end of your billing period. After cancellation, you have 30 days to export your data before it is deleted. We can provide a JSON export of all your project data on request.

Yes. The PDF reports generated by GridSense are designed specifically as professional client deliverables — with cover page, project metadata, revision block, standards citations, calculation traces, and sign-off blocks. Many engineering consultancies use them directly as client submission documents.

GridSense calculations implement IEC 60909-0:2016, IEEE 1584-2018, and IEC 60255 methods. Results include full calculation traces with intermediate values and standards references. As with all engineering software, results must be reviewed and verified by a qualified engineer before use in any regulatory submission. GridSense is a calculation aid, not a substitute for engineering judgement.

Annual plans are billed once per year at a 17% discount compared to monthly billing. For Professional, this means ₹5,799/month (₹69,588/year) instead of ₹6,999/month — equivalent to $82/mo (USD) or £66/mo (GBP). For Starter, annual billing is ₹1,999/month instead of ₹2,399/month. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time — the difference is credited proportionally.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll be charged only for the remaining days on your new plan.
